At Hustoleros, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Include all original tags and packaging
Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
